Job Description:

Westfields Hospital, a member of Health Partners, is a growing critical access hospital located about 30 minutes from DT St. Paul Mn, in New Richmond, Wisconsin. As a full service Hospital ,Westfields offers emergency services, specialty clinics, primary care clinics, and a senior living community. Westfields is known regionally for talented caregivers, providing support to the community and providing exceptional health care to all.
In the role of Chief Financial Officer you'll report directly to Westfields CEO. Several departments- Patient Financial Services/Revenue Cycle, Finance,Health Information Management, and IS - report to the CFO. You'll lead Westfields revenue cycle, direct the preparation of all financial reports, oversee the cash management function, and develop, recommend, implement and monitor corporate financial policies, short and long range plans and establish internal controls to safeguard the assets of Westfields Hospital.

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. Master?s degree preferred. CPA designation preferred.
Five (5) years of experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning. CPA firm experience desirable. Active involvement in local HFMA Chapter and civic involvement is strongly encouraged.?Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and methods.? Ability to perform accurate, technical analysis of complex financial and accounting data to formulate financial strategies.? Knowledge of hospital and clinic financial structures.? High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal day-to-day activities.?Participative management style-advocates team concepts.
